As we are a secondhand bookstore, the condition of the books may vary. We strive to provide accurate images of each book’s condition, including any wear and tear. However, please note that minor imperfections such as small creases, markings, or faded covers are common for secondhand books and may not always be mentioned in the listing. Please review the images carefully before making a purchase to ensure you're satisfied with the book’s condition.

REFUND & RETURN

We offer refunds for items that are damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lunarrelics.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item. To assist you with the refund process, please include the following:

• A photo of the damage.
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
• A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a refund for the incorrect item and will cover any return shipping costs.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN & REFUND

All second-hand book sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons such as:

If you simply don't like the product.

Deciding you no longer need the item.

Ordering the wrong item.

RETURN PROCESS

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a damaged (during transit) or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

HOW WE PROCESS REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the condition and process your refund via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
