Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lunar Relics. Below, you'll find the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING COSTS

At Lunar Relics, shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. This is based on the item being within the Australia Post weight range (up to 5kgs) and fitting in the standard post bags.

  • Orders up to 5kg: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items.
  • Postage costs to your shipping address will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Some books may be too large or too heavy for standard Australia Post, and in such cases, we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs.

We aim to provide clear and accurate shipping rates to ensure your items are delivered safely.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipping. We process orders every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on order volume. If there are any delays, we will notify you.

SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within Australia and do not offer international shipping. We deliver to all addresses nationwide, including Australia Post PO Boxes.

SHIPMENT RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Western Australia. Click here to visit the Australia Post website for up-to-date and location-specific information.

 Australia Post delivery times as at 28/04/25 are:

STANDARD PARCEL POST 2 – 8 business days.

TRACKING OPTIONS

We are committed in providing visibility and transparency throughout the shipping process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from us, including your tracking number.

Additionally, Australia Post will send a separate email or SMS with tracking details and updates on your delivery's progress.

If you have an Australia Post MyPost account, you can track all your parcels in one place. Simply enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery from Lunar Relics. 

DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@lunarrelics.com.au

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE

If you haven't received your parcel within two weeks, please contact us at info@lunarrelics.com.au to report the missing order.

However, please note the following:

  1. We cannot be held responsible for parcels once they are marked as "delivered" by Australia Post.
  2. If you are concerned about your parcel being left unattended, please ensure you have a secure location for delivery.
  3. If you don’t have a secure location for delivery, we recommend adjusting your delivery preferences directly with Australia Post. You can request that they leave a notification via email or SMS for you to pick up your parcel from your local post office if you are not home.
  4. If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please check your email or SMS notifications for delivery details. For any issues related to lost or stolen parcels, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • "Business days" refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If the courier considers the delivery address unsafe (i.e., there is a risk of the order being picked up by someone other than the intended recipient), the following will apply: In most cases, and if you have opted for email or SMS notifications, Australia Post will send you a message with the details of your delivery and any actions needed.
  • All unsuccessful deliveries will incur an additional freight charge for Lunar Relics. To avoid delays and extra costs, please provide the safest possible delivery address.
  • Our freight pricing structure applies to all mainland orders delivered to a residential or business street address, which the courier determines is safe to leave the order. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, please place separate orders for these items.
